What field service software
actually costs.

Most vendors price per technician, per user, or per "seat" — and the sticker price rarely survives contact with a real shop. This index normalizes advertised pricing for five field service platforms to one honest number: what a shop with N techs pays per month. Every figure links to its source with the date we checked it.

The per-seat math, done for you

Drag to your tech count. Figures are the advertised monthly cost of each vendor's entry-level plan that covers that many technicians, using each vendor's own published per-user or flat pricing.

Jobber Connect + per user
Housecall Pro Essentials + per user
Service Fusion Starter, unlimited users
ServiceTitan reported, per tech

Jobber and Housecall Pro figures use the first plan that includes 5 users (both vendors sell smaller plans with fewer users at lower prices — for 1–4 techs, treat their rows as a ceiling, not a quote). Housecall Pro's advertised price is billed annually; monthly billing costs more. Service Fusion's is the monthly-billing rate; paying annually drops it to $208/mo. ServiceTitan does not publish pricing — the range is as reported by independent guides, and your quote may differ. Sources and fetch dates in the index below.

Methodology: prices are each vendor's advertised (or, for ServiceTitan, independently reported) rate for the entry-level plan that covers a 5-technician shop, fetched on the date shown. "Per year" in the calculator is monthly × 12 at the stated billing basis. Feature sets differ — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Service Fusion are all-in-one suites (invoicing, payments, marketing); CopyThat is dispatch and scheduling only, on purpose. A cheaper tool that lacks what you need isn't cheaper. All trademarks belong to their owners. Full comparisons: Jobber · Housecall Pro · ServiceTitan.
